About Scrum Master: A scrum master is the facilitator for an agile development team. Scrum is a methodology that allows a team to self-organize and make changes quickly, in accordance with agile principles. The scrum master manages the process for how information is exchanged.
Exeed College conducted a two day specialized training on scrum master to the senior management of AXA Insurance. The training was facilitated by one of the veteran faculty of Westford Education Group and was held at AXA HO in Dubai. During the training, the faculty bring in the case studies of various organizations and helped the group in clearing the queries regarding building Scrum team.
During the training, the faculty also gave the participants the tips to clear the exam and also share his knowledge on building a scrum team. Post training, Exeed School of Business and Finance distributed flash cards and books. ESBF thanks AXA insurance for giving this opportunity.
