Exeed College was originally envisioned in 2016 as an institution of higher learning and executive education, popularly known as EC. Exeed College addressed the needs of working professionals, adult learners and executives in attaining accredited and globally recognized academic qualifications and professional programs in an affordable manner. Westford University College is a validated institutional partner of Liverpool John Moores University, UK to promote, enroll students, teach and deliver the programs in Education including the PGCEi and the MA.Ed Leadership program. TAITO Education and Exeed College, subsidiary brands of Westford engaged to carry out the promotion, marketing and business development of the programs in the region to help Westford acquire the target learners.
Responding to the changes in the educational landscape, Exeed College expanded its portfolio to include Teacher Training Qualifications from NCFE CACHE, UK. And in 2019 partnered with Liverpool John Moores University, UK to offer Post Graduate Certificate in Education International, and later added Master of Arts in Leadership in Education a level 7 academic qualification in UAE, Asia and Middle East.

About Liverpool John Moores University
Founded as a small mechanics institution (Liverpool Mechanics’ School of Arts) in 1823, the institution grew over the centuries by converging and amalgamating with different colleges, including the F.L.Calder School of Domestic Science,the City of Liverpool C.F. Mott Training College, before eventually becoming Liverpool Polytechnic in 1970. The University also has a long history of providing training, education and research to the maritime industry, dating back to the formation of the Liverpool Nautical College in 1892.The institution then became a university under the terms of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 under the new title of “Liverpool John Moores University”.

Course Overview
MA Leadership in Education (180 credits) – 1 Year Full Time Master’s Program
The MA Leadership in Education comprises seven core modules at 180 credits (Master’s Degree). There are two interim exit awards available:
- A Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership in Education (120 credits).
- A Post Graduate Certificate in Leadership in Education (60 credits).

Educational Aims Of The Programme
- Expand critical understanding in the area of Leadership in Education through learning based on critical engagement with current education theory, research, policy and practice.
- Develop critical educational practice through analysis of reflection on and engagement with this knowledge and understanding in their professional settings.
- Develop professionally and personally through learning programmes at Masters Level.
- Conduct original research in their educational setting around an aspect of leadership in education.
- Provide opportunity for students to achieve their full academic potential at level 7 through study, encouraging self-motivation, self-awareness and application of initiative.

Entry Requirements
For standard entry, students will meet the following criteria as a minimum:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s or equivalent overseas qualification.
- Applicants who have successfully completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCEi) with Exeed College will be considered for an advanced entry on to the MA Leadership in Education. The PGCEi would count as 60 credits towards the MA Leadership in Education programme with exemptions for 7511ELED; 7514ELED; 7515ELED
- Applicants for whom English is not their native language, nor the medium of instruction of their first degree in approved contexts, must have achieved a British Council IELTS
Mature Entry
- Applicants would normally be required to have a minimum of 12 months leadership experience in a role in education, or a related area. This must be evidenced and supported in their application.
