The NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate Introducing Caring for Children and Young People prepares learners to work with children between birth and 5 years, with knowledge of children up to 7 years.
Learners will gain a fundamental understanding of childcare and education, as well as parenting and babysitting. It will also assist them in making an educated decision about working with children and teenagers. All of the units are optional, offering learners and tutors more freedom in choosing a program of study and maximizing learner accomplishment.
The CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Introducing Caring for Children and Young People prepares learners who have no recent or little experience in working in an early years childcare setting to prepare them for future learning and training as well as providing practical skills.
This qualification will give learners a basic understanding of childcare and education, parenting and babysitting. It will also help them to make an informed choice about working with children and young people. All the units are optional giving greater flexibility to learners and tutors when deciding on a programme of study – maximising learner achievement.

Dr. Rekha Shewakramani is a seasoned Human Resource Management expert with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). Her research focuses on the correlation between organisational behaviour and employee performance and satisfaction. A distinguished scholar, Dr. Rekha has been recognised with multiple awards for her contributions to HR research and management. In 2019, she was honoured as Researcher of the Year for her impactful presentations and publications.
With a decade of experience in education, Dr. Rekha began her teaching career in the UAE in 2020. She has successfully trained numerous professionals for UK-accredited certifications and courses. Prior to this, she imparted her knowledge to undergraduate and postgraduate students in India. Her rich academic background, including a gold medal in Master of Business Administration and research published in UGC-listed journals, underpins her expertise

Subsequently, she excelled as a school centre head for over eight years, demonstrating expertise in curriculum development. Currently, she contributes significantly to Exeed College as the Associate Head of MBA programs.

He holds a PhD in Business Management (UK) and an MSc in International Business (UK), a Doctorate in Management (Spain), an M.Phil in Applied Leadership (Spain) and is certified in Block Chain from UCLA (US), education design from UCL (UK), Project Management from CMI (UK) and blended learning from UNSW (Australia).
He started his career as an operations consultant and has worked in product development and education design. Dr. Vivek has published and presented papers in international journals and conferences across the globe on topics such as Sustainability, Expatriate Performance and Synchronous online learning. With more than fifteen years of experience in both academia and consulting, he has worked closely with several highly regarded American and British universities on international alliances and digital implementation of higher education programs. Dr. Vivek has consulted for the UK Government (Arts Council, England) and held faculty and researcher positions at Sheffield Hallam University, UK and Leeds Business School, UK. Dr.Vivek has consulted and trained for public institutions and MNCs, including the ICC Cricket Council headquarters, PWC Middle East, Petrofac, Sharjah Co-op and WJ Groundwater.

The observer checks on whatever you have learnt throughout the course, and you should be able to implement it. A plan is shared in advance by the observer so you can plan your class accordingly for that day.
At certain schools you can, if their requirements include Cache. You might need to have a bachelor’s degree to work in schools. If you only have high school + Cache then you can definitely work for nurseries.
Observation is done by your inline manager/supervisor and then they sign a witness testimony, shared by us assuring on your competencies.

You will have to inform them as well the observer will get in touch.
Just once in the entire course.
No, it should be done full-time for 45 working days. We are encouraging the supervisors/managers/lead teachers to provide expert witness testimony. You may share the contact details of your supervisor, alternatively, you may share the witness testimony (sample provided) which she can complete and mail it back to us.
A professional discussion is done by the observer to understand what went wrong. If you can identify the issues and suggest the right ways, it is good to go

CACHE works on the framework of EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage). It is a myth that EYFS is a curriculum, which is not true. It is a framework.
