Module description

The goal of studying strategic change management is to acquire an in-depth knowledge about the factors that cause change, the nature and perspectives of organizational change, reactions and resistance to change, overcoming resistance to change and the impact of leadership and human behaviour on change management. In addition to these, theories and models of change management and stakeholder management will be explained in detail. By the end of this course, students will know the basics of strategic change management and its factors. In addition, students will also be able to manage organizational change by monitoring and evaluating the change process.

Sustainability awareness creates an environment for a more innovative organization and supply chains, with emphasis on biodiversity and closed-loop supply strategies. Students will learn to formulate research questions, develop theoretical frameworks, and explore key data collection methodologies and analysis techniques. The course also covers the best practices for structuring and communicating research findings, offering a clear and systematic approach to conducting research.

Master’s Thesis

Module description

This course assists master’s students in the final stages of developing their master’s thesis. Building on the foundational knowledge gained in the research methods course, it focuses on expanding and applying previously conducted research, refining the existing thesis outline, and drafting, editing, and finalizing the manuscript. Under the close supervision of their thesis advisor, students will demonstrate their mastery of original research and their ability to present research findings clearly and articulately in their master’s thesis. This course is offered on a Pass/Fail basis only.
