Dr. Vivek Mohan

Dr. Vivek has extensive experience managing multicultural, high-achieving teams in higher education domains related to the Middle East, the UK, and the US in terms of strategy, operations, and delivery. He is the recipient of the prestigious Medici Enterprise Award for commercialisation of research (UK) and various GCC leadership and organization awards. He holds a PhD in Business Management (UK) and an MSc in International Business (UK), a Doctorate in Management (Spain), an M.Phil in Applied Leadership (Spain) and is certified in Block Chain from UCLA (US), education design from UCL (UK), Project Management from CMI (UK) and blended learning from UNSW (Australia).

He started his career as an operations consultant and has worked in product development and education design. Dr. Vivek has published and presented papers in international journals and conferences across the globe on topics such as Sustainability, Expatriate Performance and Synchronous online learning. With more than fifteen years of experience in both academia and consulting, he has worked closely with several highly regarded American and British universities on international alliances and digital implementation of higher education programs. Dr. Vivek has consulted for the UK Government (Arts Council, England) and held faculty and researcher positions at Sheffield Hallam University, UK and Leeds Business School, UK. Dr.Vivek has consulted and trained for public institutions and MNCs, including the ICC Cricket Council headquarters, PWC Middle East, Petrofac, Sharjah Co-op and WJ Groundwater.

Dr. Raavee Kadam

Dr. Raavee Kadam is a practitioner turned academic having worked in leading educational institutions and global IT organizations based in Asia, the Middle East and North America. Raavee completed her PhD in Business Management from BITS Pilani Dubai Campus, UAE. She also holds Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology and Master of Business Administration in Systems degrees from the University of Pune. In academia, she has held several significant positions such as Consultant for the Department of Education and Early Childhood, Nova Scotia; Mitacs Postdoctoral Fellow at Saint Mary's University, Halifax and Programme Leader at Eaton Business School, UAE. Raavee has worked as a faculty & trainer at Master’s and Doctorate levels for various programmes of different universities such as Guglielmo Marconi University, Italy; UCAM Catholic University of Murcia, Spain; Saint Mary’s University, Canada and courses under the Scottish Qualifications Authority. She has extensive experience in programme design & delivery, and quality compliance & audit processes. Raavee’s transition from industry to academia is marked by significant roles in the IT industry, including that of an SAP Project Lead, SAP HCM Functional Consultant, Software Engineer and SAP Trainer.

Raavee is a passionate educator with a multi-disciplinary background in business management, education and information technology. Her academic endeavours are driven by a profound commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion within business and educational environments. Her multi-disciplinary research program encompasses critical areas such as cultural intelligence, cross-cultural and intra-national differences, multicultural team dynamics, management education, equity, diversity and inclusion in education, intersectionality and inclusive education, etc. Raavee’s untiring efforts in conducting practice-relevant research have resulted in a strong research portfolio consisting of several ABDC-ranked journal articles in the areas of business management and education. Apart from undertaking different research projects as a principal investigator, Raavee has been extensively involved in the application of several grants for various for-profit and community organizations in Canada in collaboration with Saint Mary’s University (Mitacs, SSHRC, NSERC, CSRF). Her active engagement with professional societies and commitment to education is evidenced by several teaching and learning certifications such as a Certified Online Educator from Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, Dubai; Instructional Skills Workshop from Saint Mary's University, Halifax; Inclusive Teaching: Supporting All Students in the College Classroom from ColumbiaX, etc.
