Module Description

This course is designed to prepare the research scholars to understand the process of research. Participants of the course will explore the fundamentals of research methodology and furthermore learn about the basic writing ethics. Through a step-by- step approach the students will develop will understand the design and implementation of quantitative and qualitative research designs. The course will equip students with the skills that are necessary for conducting academic research and with appropriate choices of research methodologies and address practical issues identified at the workplace. Furthermore, the course will make the students future ready with the ability to take methodological rigour to also map it with the available published research work for application to the proposed research course.

Change and Innovation in Technology Management

Module description

This course, change and innovation in Technology Management equips leaders with the skills to manage and adapt the rapidly changing technological landscape that has an impact on the business in a dynamic and versatile environment. This course explores the options that organizations have to manage the key barriers to change and innovation and helps to build strategies for fostering innovation culture by implementing transformative initiatives. The learners will look at organizational agility and focus on digital transformation, the strategy to effectively lead this and scaling AI adoption for meeting long-term business goals. Furthermore, an emphasis will be placed on linking strategic foresight and innovation frameworks so that a competitive advantage in tech-industries can be learned. Module description

This course is crucial in providing a comprehensive understanding of the ethical, governance and policy implications arising from the development and the use of artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies. The course will equip the learners with conceptual and analytical tools that will help them to explore and examine any challenges relevant to transparency, bias or data privacy and proactively understand their impact to handle the organizational situations better.

The core focus of this course is on the regulatory framework, institutional governance models and policy making procedures to prepare the learners to lead formulation and evaluation of AI strategies in complex organizational context responsibly. Furthermore, emphasis is placed creating balance between innovation and ethical integrity, public trust and legal compliance. By the end of the course, the students will be prepared to critically influence and shape an evolving landscape of AI governance which ensures that technological advancement is aligned with ethical principles and organizational goals.

This module is an introduction to perspectives that shape innovation and inquiry in this rapidly advancing field. This module will involve critical thinking with use of interdisciplinary literature and cases so that learners can explore frameworks and analyse the impact of AI on data-driven practices and develop the research skills.   • Applicants are normally expected to have:
  • Master’s degree such as MBA and EMBA, from an accredited university
  • 5 years of professional experience certified by the employer
  • Minimum level TOEFL 80, IELTS 6.5 and equivalent. No language test will be required if the student can prove that he has studied and obtained a degree fully taught in English, or if the student is a native English speaker.
